MUKAMAI was formed to instill the values of the Great TAMIL culture and teach the Classical TAMIL language through various art forms like dance, drama, and songs.
Mukamai is a not for profit organization run by volunteers who share a deep love for the Great Tamil Language and who are keen to spread its roots to the younger and future Australian generations.
Tamil classes run for two hours from 10 am to 12.30 Pm every Sunday at the Willetton Senior High School. We start with musical instruments, Veena and Mridangam, Kummi and Kollattam, classical dances, story narration, and enacting will be conducted as part of the curriculum.
